Made in Heaven® Return Policy

We want you to love all of your Made in Heaven® products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) along with the original receipt and the return form included with your order.

· Returns and exchanges made within 30 calendar days of purchase are graciously accepted.

· All returned items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: unworn and unwashed, without scent and/or showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

· Original receipt and return form must accompany all returns and exchanges.

· You can only return the item(s) purchased from our website via mail.

· Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless Made in Heaven® is at fault. Regrettably, the original shipping cost is not refundable in most instances.


Return for Refund

Refunds are made upon receipt and inspection of the item(s). Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original receipt will be refunded at the lowest selling price in the form of a merchandise credit only.


Exchange for a Different Size or Color

If you need to exchange an item for a different sizeor color, simply return the original item(s) with the receipt and return form. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) in unused condition, your new merchandise will be shipped free of charge. Exchange of an item for a different size or color applies only to the item of same style and price.


Exchange for a Different Item

If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original item(s) with the receipt and return form. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) you wish to exchange, your new merchandise of the same or higher value will be shipped to you free of charge.


Incorrect Shipment and/or Manufacturing Defect

If an item is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped will qualify for credit, product exchange, or refund. Cost of shipping is only refunded after inspection of the returned item(s) and it is conclusive that the item was improperly shipped by Made in Heaven® and/or has a manufacturing defect. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Those fees will be charged using the original credit card used by the customer unless otherwise specified on the return receipt.

Please keep in mind that returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with law.
